What makes these homes unique?
Mandala Club is one of the most unique projects in the United States—combining the age-old principles of Maharishi Vedic Architecture; non-toxic, health-promoting construction protocols; environmental sensitivity; and an emphasis on planning techniques that promote a sense of community.
It has been said that the majority of developers design and market by “looking in the rear view mirror.” Our approach to the Mandala Club design and planning process has been to stretch our own boundaries to research and combine new “forward looking” ideas with the goal of creating a significant new paradigm for community development.
Are these homes available now?
Soon. We will be breaking ground for the infrastructure in late 2008. The construction of the first homes will commence several months later. The first homes will be ready for you to move into in mid to late 2009.
What price range will these homes be in?
The homes will be generally be priced at market value. The additional “green” features added to Mandala Club's homes may slightly increase values over typical subdivisions.
We will have Condominiums, Townhomes, Villas, Cottages, Patio Homes and Estate Homes available to meet a wide range of size, feature and price points.
When will pre-construction sales begin?
Mandala Club will begin a reservation system for its homes in mid to late 2008. Once the home designs are completed and construction costs estimated, sales prices will be determined for the first phase of approximately thirty homes and registered buyers will be able to enter into a formal agreement to purchase their home.
How many people are currently interested?
